Volunteer with us
Cultivation Station is developing growing and teaching spaces in Central Arkansas. Volunteers can help us prepare sites, support future programming, document the work, and build the organizational capacity needed to move projects forward.
Volunteer opportunities are not yet available on a regular schedule. Complete the interest form below, and we will contact you when an opportunity matches your interests, availability, and experience.

Group opportunities depend on the project, site readiness, supervision available, group size, participant ages, and the kind of work that can be performed safely.
What to expect
Volunteer work must be scheduled in advance. Cultivation Station does not currently offer drop-in volunteer hours.
Opportunities will vary by season and project stage.
Each opportunity will identify the location, schedule, work involved, physical expectations, clothing or equipment needs, and available supervision.
Volunteers may not operate tractors, powered equipment, or specialized tools unless specifically authorized and properly trained.
Age requirements will be listed for each opportunity.
Some roles may require additional screening, credentials, or safety instruction.
Tell us about accessibility needs when you respond to an opportunity so we can determine whether appropriate accommodations or alternative tasks are available.
Submitting the interest form does not obligate you to volunteer and does not guarantee that an immediate opportunity is available.
